Cinnamon is a low-calorie spice with only twelve calories in two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Cassia) is a spice which has now stepped on to the status of a medicinal herb.

You may use cinnamon sticks or powder.

How to Use Cinnamon

Add cinnamon to your drink (coffee, tea or cocoa) or use the sticks in your curry. You also sprinkle cinnamon powder on your oatmeal or cereals.
